RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited-run and made-to-order nature of many Black Speakers Bureau products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue.
Refunds or replacements may be approved in cases involving:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Significant printing or production defects
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selections made at checkout
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color due to screen or monitor settings
- Normal wear and tear
