RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited-run and made-to-order nature of many Black Speakers Bureau products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue.
Refunds or replacements may be approved in cases involving:

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 unless otherwise stated at checkout. International shipping rates will vary based on destination and carrier pricing.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
